Kshitij spearheads the cross-functional coordination required to ensure optimal experiences for Outbound AI’s employees, customers, partners and investors, and to achieve superior performance from the company’s Conversation AI solutions.
Kshitij has spent the past 20 years building and leading project management, product, go-to-market and support teams for the likes of Microsoft, Amazon, Nuance, Best Buy Health and Frost & Sullivan. As Vice President of Operations and one of the early executives at conversational AI startup Saykara (acquired by Nuance), Kshitij directed implementation, customer success and commercialization functions. Earlier in his career, Kshitij led product marketing for Alexa Voice Services and launched the first wave of Alexa-powered technologies. He also headed the IoT business unit at Nuance responsible for voice enabling a wide range of global consumer products. Kshitij has a Master of Business Administration in Internal Business from Thunderbird School of Global Management as well as a Master of Business Administration in Marketing and Strategy and a Bachelor of Commerce in Banking and Finance from Savitribai Phule Pune University.
