Justin is responsible for modeling the company’s Conversation AI solutions and governing the product roadmap, with a keen focus on ensuring value creation, competitive distinction and customer return on investment.

Justin is a startup veteran, having previously served as Product Lead with Madrona Venture Labs, an incubator for emerging technologies at which he collaborated with eight unique companies utilizing artificial intelligence, natural language processing and voice recognition to address complex business and consumer challenges. His tenure with Madrona Venture Labs included the origins of what is now Outbound AI. Earlier in his career, Justin was Head of Product with Immutouch, an algorithm-driven medical device company he co-founded. He also worked on projects for Sony Interactive Entertainment/Playstation Now, Porch.com, Hulu, LocateAI and UBI Interactive. Justin holds a Bachelor of Science in Informatics from University of Washington Information School, with specialization in Data Science and Human-Computer Interaction.
